For this database to work correctly you have to have cookies enabled.

If you are using Internet Explorer go to the drop down menu and select TOOLS then select INTERNET OPTIONS. Click on the PRIVACY tab and then select ADVANCED. The window shown below should appear. Ensure that the boxes are ticked as shown then click OK

If you now try and log in to either enter data or to edit data you should be able to do so now.
